This luxurious self catering lodge, set on a 5000 square meter property overlooking the magnificent Mariepskop, part of northern Drakensberg mountains.
The Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate offers you a memorable stay with the relaxing sounds of nature, with wildlife such as zebra, giraffe, kudu, impala, wildebeest, warthog and many others that roam freely on the estate, promising to make your stay memorable.
The Estate is also a bird lover’s paradise. Guided game walks will bring you closer to nature and the well informed guides will be able to supply you with a lot of knowledge of the African bush.
The luxury lodge (8 beds) consists of three separate wings. The middle wing offers a lounge/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a guest toilet and storeroom. The two wings next to the living area each have 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds or two single beds in all the rooms).
Each wing boasts two splendid bathrooms – one with a bath and the other with a shower, toilet and basin. Each of our rooms is equipped with its own basin.
A lovely boma is available for long and cosy nights around the campfire. The boma is next to the lodge and kids are safe and within hearing distance. The lodge also has a splash pool and all our rooms are equipped with air conditioning and fans.
The lodge is equipped with DSTV (satellite TV) and a diswasher, further encouraging relaxation for all.
The main wing is also equipped with an ice maker, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
